Held in the prison of silence and self-doubt
Blown to the world of the dead
Filled with abhorrible hopelessness
A world of sadness I am enslaved in
Broken and betrayed beyond repair
Mocked and made a joke endlessly
Bullied beyond measure
Taken for granted
A depth of despair I am in
Little did I know that I had the key
To open free the door of my prison
To break free from my slavery
To break the chains of self-destruction
To break the silence
To break out with courage
For I have been held a slave for so long
Soon shall my day come
The day of my great victory
The most remarkable and joyous day of days
The day that the universe shall read me
Sooner shall my long-awaited day come
For I feel victory running in my veins
I smell victory!
