Free and twisted oxygen I breathe
Twisted by the wide world's
cruelty
Overshadowed by the world's darkness
A dream crushed by wickedness
A life hammered by envy
Crushed by failure and betrayal
Roughened by mistrust and
impatience
Conquered by fear
Free and twisted oxygen I breathe
Contaminated by pretenses
That germinates deeply in their
veins
Rooted by a seed of revenge
Haunted and destructed by your
words
Hurt horribly by your horrific
judgments
Mistaken mercilessly for a good
for nothing
Unfortunately, you were judgmental
based on what I was but not on who I am
For once just look at the bright
part of me
And just let me be me.
